What Happens When You Call

You talk with a broker, not a call center. We start by listening. If you are a business owner thinking about an exit, we ask how the company runs, how long you have owned it and what timeline you have in mind. If you are a buyer, we ask what size of business fits your budget and experience, and we can set up buyer registration so new listings reach you first.

We will not recommend a price or a plan on that first call. We look carefully first, then tell you plainly what we found, good and bad. Sellers often ask about cost. Putting your company on the market with us requires no payment at the start, we never ask for a retainer, and you will not find fees tucked away later. We only get paid when the seller does. From there, the usual next step is a free, confidential valuation or a longer meeting at our office or over video.

What to Gather Before We Talk

  1. Approximate revenue and owner earnings for the past two or three years; ballpark figures are fine for a first call.
  2. Your reason for selling or buying and the timeline you are hoping for.
  3. Any lease, franchise agreement or partner arrangement that could affect a sale.
  4. For buyers, the cash you can put toward an acquisition and whether you expect to need financing.

Start With a Confidential Conversation

Nothing you share on the call goes to buyers, employees or competitors. Tell us where things stand, and we will tell you honestly what we see and what a sensible next step looks like.
